Stanzel is a collection of one-of-a-kind luxury handbags designed and crafted by Cary Morin. ​

 

Inspired by her father's love for textiles and memories of his lectures on Oriental Rugs at The Textile Museum in Washington D.C. 

 

Materials for each piece are sourced from antique Oriental Rug fragments and fine leather, then assembled by hand and sewing machine. Each piece has it’s own individual story, which is shared with the owner through an enclosure card. The textile used to create each of the bags shown may not be available.
